Gift Of Life Scholarships!

We will be offering 20 scholarships total.

Deadlines for applications are as follows:

November admission deadline is November 1, 2019

December admission deadline is December 1, 2019

January admission deadline is January 1, 2020


The Gift of Life program offers scholarships to those seeking treatment for addiction to drugs and/or alcohol, as well as those who additionally suffer from mental health conditions.

Those who are awarded scholarships will be offered the opportunity to receive the treatment they need.

Scholarships consists of a medical detox and 30 days of treatment. Scholarship winners will be responsible for their own travel expenses to and from treatment.

To be considered for a a scholarship, applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including inclusion of supporting documents. Failure to do so will result in denial of the application.

Admissions personnel will be in contact with applicants by phone to provide support as scholarship eligibility is determined

Applicants must submit the following items:

  • Completed application form (if handwritten, please print legibly)
  • Personal Essay. Please answer the question, What does recovery look like to you?”
  • Optional, but preferred: letters from your current therapist and a family member or friend detailing the impact on your life*

Your Information may be emailed to with the “SUBJECT LINE: GIFT OF LIFE” or faxed to 772-252-1236.

Those received from health care professionals, however, MUST be emailed from the providers’ work email and/or with an official letterhead or signature.
